Physical activity


Playing badminton is a sport haven’t many lifestyle and physical limitations. If you legs are well and you arms are well of course, you can play badminton. Playing badminton can consume one’s energy successfully. It is a good way to train regularly to keep fit.
During this winter holiday, I went to a fitness centre to play badminton with my coach. When I was 15 years old, I was played the badminton for two months at another fitness centre, after that time, playing badminton attracts my attention. Since I played badminton with my mother on every Saturday and Sunday morning. It is fit that playing badminton every weekend for 40 minutes, but this time I could play badminton for 2.5 hours each time. At the very beginning, after playing badminton, my arms were very aching that leaded the next day I could not wave my right arm expertly. But my told me I should persevere in the sporting. Because of my mother’s words, I decided to go on playing badminton, I played it for 2.5 hours and relaxed my arms after playing. After three days , i adapt myself little by little.
From this experience I know how to play badminton well and beautiful. I learned how to kick off the ball wonderful that can make you enemy couldn’t catch your ball. Then my coach taught me how to catch the ball. When I was playing badminton I should gaze at the shuttlecock very carefully, then you could catch the ball accurately without the wrong. When we play badminton we should play neatly don’t fear perspiration.
Originally I chose to play badminton just because I thought badminton is easy to learn, but after learning I know nothing is easy, if you want to success on one thing, you should attempt to do it, nothing is easy in this world.
One time, I hunted my right elbow when I was catching the ball, the ball was flying away above my head and I wanted to catch it, so I ran to it and spare no effort, maybe the floor is too slippery or I ran too quick, so I fell over myself and my elbow beat on the floor. I felt a bad feeling spread my arm. I didn’t want to play again, my coach asked me to sit beside, I conceived he would not let me to play the whole class, but after five minutes, my coach told me to play againt him for five go-around, oh, on, my elbow was hunted, even though I didn’t want to play badminton, but coach requested me to play, so I only follow the coach to play the badminton and bore the ache. After this lesson, my coach told me you shouldn’t just because of this little ache, to give up the training!
Playing badminton is a very interesting sport, it can keep fit and make your slimmer than others. And improve your willpower. I love playing badminton, I will play badminton forever.

School Club




School Club
At the beginning of this term, I joined the bicycle club. Because I like riding bicycle and go school by bike everyday. So I selected to join this club. Maybe I have a brither so I like sports. My brother like sports and affected me.
We have ten members in this club and have activity twice a week. Sometimes Mr.Gallinelli Mr.Harries and Mrs.Hardly would join us. They led us , took us to many placese where our never gone. During the activity, we should have the team spirit, we should take care of others, because somebody in our team doesn’t have enough sinew. So we must rid slowly to wait them. Everytime we should took enough water, maybe someone’s water was used up, in that time you should lend your water to your fellow rider.And we must know the importance of cooperate, there is not only you in the whole team ,there are many people in the whole team,we should cooperate with others. We hope we can cooperate even more closely in the future, then we can improve the efficiency.
As you know, biking is a hard exercise, we should not only have physical force, but have enough stamina.Maybe it is one Km of the end ,but at that time you are too tired and don’t want to move again, so you fail. All thing considered, riding can do exercises many way of one’s personality.
Biking club can not only improve you physical force and stamina, but can tell you the important of cooperate. I am proud of the member in our club all very united.But our club’s demerit is we can not did very good when teachers aren’t lead us, we should attempt to finish a whole activity by ourself.
I think this club is very suitable for me, I want to improve my physical force, when I was in primary school I got tummy bug, then I had been requested at hospital everyday and ate light food everyday everymeal, that led my body was not very well, so I wanted to improved my physical strength for a long time. So my brother always took me to do exercises, that increase my interest of physical education. And this club provide me a opportunity to do it. We did two hours every times, not very long and not short, it can advance our main.One time, we started at Nanjing foreign language school with three teachers they were Mr.Gallinelli Mr.Harries and Mrs.Hardly,then we went to Purple Mountain, Maque, Xinzhuang, at least we went back to our dear school. Even though the process of the biking was quite tired, but when we finished the activity at school, we all very happy, we know we should taste the hardship before successing.
From this club, I realized not only the important of cooperate, but friends are in a very important character in your life. When you tired you want to your friend can help you, friend can take care of you outside. If we don’t have friend we wouldn’t have this wonderful biking club.



School club
——movie club.
At team 3, I joined the Movie Club. When the first time I attended the meeting , the leader asked us to prepare a show, and three teachers would come and remark on our show. The greatest one would get a present. So we stared our first task.. I assume the most important ability in this club is sociality ability. Because the leader choose group by random.. Maybe your partner are some students in other class. So you should communicate with them, and work together.
Because of the first important task, our group member stayed at Jackson’ room together and talked about the task, then stared working. If you want to finish the task wonderfully, you should have the sense of responsibility and team spirit. We spent one week for this task. When the show day came, we all tried our best to act.
I am a shy people, specially when I have acting or presentation in front of others, I hope I can change my weakness during the movie acting, and be more confident!
