
Playing badminton is a sport haven’t many lifestyle and physical limitations. If you legs are well and you arms are well of course, you can play badminton. Playing badminton can consume one’s energy successfully. It is a good way to train regularly to keep fit.
During this winter holiday, I went to a fitness centre to play badminton with my coach. When I was 15 years old, I was played the badminton for two months at another fitness centre, after that time, playing badminton attracts my attention. Since I played badminton with my mother on every Saturday and Sunday morning. It is fit that playing badminton every weekend for 40 minutes, but this time I could play badminton for 2.5 hours each time. At the very beginning, after playing badminton, my arms were very aching that leaded the next day I could not wave my right arm expertly. But my told me I should persevere in the sporting. Because of my mother’s words, I decided to go on playing badminton, I played it for 2.5 hours and relaxed my arms after playing. After three days , i adapt myself little by little.
From this experience I know how to play badminton well and beautiful. I learned how to kick off the ball wonderful that can make you enemy couldn’t catch your ball. Then my coach taught me how to catch the ball. When I was playing badminton I should gaze at the shuttlecock very carefully, then you could catch the ball accurately without the wrong. When we play badminton we should play neatly don’t fear perspiration.
Originally I chose to play badminton just because I thought badminton is easy to learn, but after learning I know nothing is easy, if you want to success on one thing, you should attempt to do it, nothing is easy in this world.
One time, I hunted my right elbow when I was catching the ball, the ball was flying away above my head and I wanted to catch it, so I ran to it and spare no effort, maybe the floor is too slippery or I ran too quick, so I fell over myself and my elbow beat on the floor. I felt a bad feeling spread my arm. I didn’t want to play again, my coach asked me to sit beside, I conceived he would not let me to play the whole class, but after five minutes, my coach told me to play againt him for five go-around, oh, on, my elbow was hunted, even though I didn’t want to play badminton, but coach requested me to play, so I only follow the coach to play the badminton and bore the ache. After this lesson, my coach told me you shouldn’t just because of this little ache, to give up the training!
Playing badminton is a very interesting sport, it can keep fit and make your slimmer than others. And improve your willpower. I love playing badminton, I will play badminton forever.
